Application Scope

Operating Principle
Materials flow through the feeding system into the belt feeder, then into the weighing hopper equipped with precision load cells. Operators manually position bags onto the packing machine's clamp mechanism. When the sensor detects bag placement, the clamp automatically secures the bag. Precisely weighed materials discharge into the bag, which then releases onto the conveyor system for transport to the sewing machine where bags are securely closed with thread stitching.
